Whether your school systems calls them distance learning days or digital learning days, unexpected time away from school can be difficult for some students who need the structure and routine of the school day in order to be successful. Having the flexibility to login into learning can be a challenge for students who struggle with self-discipline and communicating remotely can be even more taxing for those who are still developing self-regulation skills.
